Returns & Refund

At Relivexa, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements may be requested.


Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

1- The request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the item

2- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

3- The product is in the same condition as received

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

1- Used or damaged items (not caused by us)

2- Items returned without original packaging

3- Orders placed during special promotions or clearance sales

4- Gift cards (if applicable)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status.

1- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

2- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

3- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Relivexa is not responsible for lost return packages.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please:

1- Check your bank or payment provider

2- Contact your credit card company

3- Reach out to us for assistance
